Javier Cataño-Gonzalez is the manager and creative director of Shango Media™.
Born in South America, Javier's creative vision has led him to achieve and deliver a unique style in his work.
With over 15 years of experience in film & video creation, Javier's preferred subjects revolve around environment, multiculturalism, and human rights. However, he is always open and enjoys working in any field or subject. Most of his experience lies in filming, editing and producing corporate videos. He also has experience working on documentaries, fiction films, and TV shows.
In 2024, Javier won the award for best Australia Documentary Short at the Melbourne Queer Film Festival.
